PCM Driver™ Geared Driveheads
The geared driveheads PCM Driver™ CG-40-E, and CG-60-E have a robust gearbox and a high quality internal braking system. The integral rotating environmental seal is field proven and patented.
The gearbox allows for the use smaller pulleys for ease of maintenance and to improve safety. It also permits lower speed operation of the downhole pump without the need to operate the electric motor at a very low frequency.
The robust braking system uses an internal hydraulic gear pump that safely controls the backspin once the well has been stopped.
Our driveheads comply with ISO 15136-2 surface Drive System requirements.
