PCM in Kazakhstan is looking for a Service and Sales support Engineer,.
Founded in 1932 by René Moineau, the inventor of the Progressing Cavity Pump, PCM is today one of the world’s leading manufacturer of positive displacement pumps and fluid-handling equipment. Our specialty is developing pumping solutions for the lifting, transfer, dosing, mixing and filling of abrasive, fragile, viscous, corrosive, hot or heavy products. Present around the world, PCM provides solutions to three main sectors: oil & gas, food and industry.
Tasks
- Analysis of technical requirements for tenders/RFQs
- Preparation of technical offers
- Support of the sales team for any technical subject
- Preparation of documents (including technical) required to submit offers to the customers
- Analysis of PCP performances run by the customers
- Technical and service support to customers of the area (both remotely and on site)
- Technical qualification of suppliers and communication with them for any technical related subject
- Preparation of technical documents required for Customs and participation to discussions with the broker if necessary
- Technical support for manufacturing (pump test reports, work orders, written technical processes for certification etc)
Requirements
- Higher education, technical and service experience in OG
- Familiar with API, GOST standards to O&G
- Able to read and analyze drawings
- Russian – fluent
- English – moderate to fluent
- Chinese – nice to have
Based in Aktau, ready to travel in CIS countries (including for service at customers’ site)
Reliable, autonomous, able to take responsibilities
Able to communicate (within the team and with the customers)
Eager to learn new things
